To request account deletion, email support@lingutree.com from the email address connected to your Lingutree account.

What we will delete

We will delete your Lingutree profile, saved lists, study progress, notes, generated stories, and generated practice content associated with that account. We will confirm the request and complete deletion within 30 days.

Information we may retain

We may retain transaction or fraud-prevention records when required by law. Any retained information is limited to the legal or administrative purpose and is not used to keep your Lingutree account active.
